As a 桂林 native, this place hits. We’ve only ever had the #1 dry noodles with crispy pork and beef, which are the quintessential toppings. Takeout has always been stellar, but dine in has recently been very good as well.

Really like their beef and crispy pork noodle. The crispy pork is really good, and the sour bean pickle is like the must have item in a rice noodle, I’m very happy that they have it in their noodle.
